There was a hive of activity in the morning with the girls having hair and make done in town before heading back for the finishing touches. The chaps were typically relaxed and after lounging in the bar decided they should really be getting ready. The excitement then built up to an emotional ceremony held in the grand ballroom. We just about managed some confetti outside before the clouds burst and then it was back inside for drinks and canapés before heading out again for group shots and the couple shoot around the marvellous Maunsel House grounds.
The ballroom was transformed into a decadent setting for the wedding breakfast and some superb speeches rounded of the traditional formalities. As guests were allowed to enjoy their surroundings some more, I took the chance to take Lucy and Rob off for another wander before they came back for the moment everyone was waiting for: the first dance. They smashed it with a choreographed number that rivalled anything from Strictly! The partying continued well into the night and I made my farewells leaving behind a very happy group of people and their perfectly matched newlyweds.
